1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
3. Replacement Policy
- If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong product was delivered, we offer a free replacement.

4. Return Process

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
