1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong product was delivered, we offer a free replacement.
  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:
    * Exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days
  • Attach photos/videos of the product and packaging for faster resolution.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
  3. After quality check, we’ll process a refund or replacement as per your choice.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
